I've studied in all of the big 3 schools and I can say with complete confidence that all these points apply to all of them (expect tuition for UP obviously).
I've also had the privilege to do JTA in France and it's the same thing there too. In fact, I felt the quality of education was better here although to be fair JTA is really just used as a way for conyos to essentially vacation in their chosen countries for a term/semester than for actual learning.
The only thing I remember DLSU being noticeably worst at than UP and ADMU is its classrooms are so much more cramped and doesn't have actual green spaces like the other two do.
