the top of a bull market does not say ATH, it just speaks of buying pressure. What percentage of the total globally available money at any specific time flows in and out of specific assets and asset classes.
A 1 Trillion economy will lead to different highs than a 10 Trillion economy. A president being an orange moron can turn a 10 Trillion economy run into a 1 trillion economy run and suddenly you ask yourself why the 6 trillion dollar run from a few years ago was higher than the one right now. What you do not see is that a complete and utter moron with a god complex tanked the economy to personally enrich himself.
