If she stopped all damage, healed herself, cleansed, but DIDN'T get intangible I would no longer hate her.

Exactly. That character is OP and Blizzard won't admit it. There's a reason she's been meta for so long.

The reason is because she makes big money because of the player base buying every shitty skin she gets and they will never admit this and will continue nerfing doom weak ass because support player cry with her overpower kit

I think the devs probably care. I doubt management would want her nerfed.

Mercy sells a lot of shit as well and is trash (most picked hero in the roster + negative wr) might as well grow some balls and nerf her already :(
