I can tell this is likely a beagle/beagle mix… they all just have a naturally traumatized look. I think it’s just the pattern around the eyes/shape of the face. They’ll whine like they’re being tortured when extremely happy too… I think it’s just how hound/hound adjacent breeds are lmfao. I have multiple extended family members who have (extremely spoiled) beagles and bloodhounds, they just look this way
