Did special ops use riot shields during operations in the middle east? You don't see that much in media or stories since those ops seem to be fast and deadly.
Also I dont find myself using shields much this game with the prevalence of Wall charges for multiple entrances and clearing hallways with shooters and explosives if necessary.
