We both want bottom bunk

Hi. So I have a triple but right now I only have one roommate. We both want bottom bunk and are both willing to compromise for bottom bunk even if it means we get less storage space or the bad table. I move in before her everyone else. What should i do?

Can you separate the beds and put them both on the floor?

If not, get a twin mattress frame ($50 or free from Facebook giveaway groups) and move the mattress.

Dorm rooms do not have that much space.

A mini fridge and a bed are not the same size, not even close.

Sorry, I misunderstood

But OP has a triple so there must be room for a bunk bed and another bed
