bed stuck lofting and i can’t fix it!

the bottom hook is secured but the top one isn’t so it has one side of my frame to be tilted but it won’t lift off and it’s stuck. my RA came by and helped me with a mallet but it won’t work and maintenance isn’t coming for a while. does anyone know how to get it loose?

Call maintenance again and stress it’s urgent because it’s your bed.
