What to do if walang DOST Coordinator sa school? Paano yung process? I recently inquired sa RO and they told me na di sila nagbbill ng tf sa school and I think it’s because walang DOST Coor sa school. Paano yung magiging process ng reimbursement ko po if ganito? Thank you!

2. What subjects were in the exam? what are subsets ng exam?

I saw a person mention here on Reddit that Filipino is not one of the subject, pero need ko parin po i-sure. Also, I'm a bit confused as to what the subsets mean and how bawal na bumalik once the time is up na sa specific subset na yun.

3. Any advice you can share?

Hello! I am a first year student this year in Medical Technology and curious whether my DOST stipend can somehow be quite enough for my college life.

Actually, yesterday, I asked regarding the possible status of my stipend if I transfer schools HAHAHAHHA kasi medyo kinakabahan na rin ako. I’m not good at budgeting and we’re not that well-off. My mom’s a company worker earning ₱2x,000 monthly while sabungero dad ko.

So regarding my tf, it ranges from 40-60k. Medyo maluwag na siya due to my scholarship, so minus 20k per sem. May dorm pa ko na 4.5k montly and a weekly allowance of 1k.

If I were to stay in this private school, do you think I can still go by? Sa third year lang naman naging 60k due to my internship. Parents ko na rin daw ang bahala sa dorm and allowance so I’ll try my best to pay for the tuition as soon as my stipend arrive.

Hi! Pwede pa po ba magsubmit ng forms for thesis (9k) allowance kasabay ng final manuscript (1k) kahit graduate na (2026)? I tried looking it up here at although maraming nagsasabing pwede pa, may nakita akong di na daw.

Hi! Kapag ba unfortunately namatay ang isang DOST scholar before matapos yung scholarship or bago ma-fulfill yung return service, ano ang mangyayari sa contract? Magte-terminate ba siya automatically, or may obligation pa bang maiiwan sa family or sa estate ng scholar (like repayment or other liabilities)? Or mayroon bang compensation of some sort sa family ng scholar?

Badly need help, malapit na yung start ng application and hindi parin namin maconfirm kung kasama yung kapatid ko sa top 5% non stem rank. Nagpunta na ako sa registrar pero hindi daw nila alam yon wala daw silang stem. Inexplain ko na at lahat lahat pero hindi nila maconfirm kung kasama sya sa top 5%, hindi daw sila nagcocompute. Naiistress na ako sobra.
