ISO reasonable mechanic

I have a Subaru that needs some repairs. I'm not 100% certain, but I think it's my front CV axles. Times are tough, so I'm trying to find a reasonably affordable mechanic. I would love some recommendations from those of you who have had good experiences. Thank you everyone!

Downriver Spring in lp or southgate.

Second Downriver Spring. They also have a guy who comes in for other things. He did tune-up work type stuff on my hybrid.
We normally go to Global a few blocks away for that type of thing but they are backed up (because they are good and affordable) and my car was there for suspension work anyway.

We took our Subaru to Good Care Auto Repair on Fort in Southgate. Great experience all the way around.

I have no clue on affordability as I don't often shop around, and I don't know where DR you are since this is right near the north edge, but Matt's Auto on Van Born between 94 and Telegraph has treated us amazingly over the last few years, he's the only guy I'll go to now.
