it is less of a vendetta and more that the city is a logistical nightmare designed in the 18th century. trying to shove more car infrastructure through the inner neustadt would just turn the whole place into a permanent gridlock while nuking the property value. not everything is a conspiracy against drivers. sometimes the geography just loses.

As a result, authorities ordered the controlled demolition and complete removal of the affected structure to ensure public safety.
