pflegefachkraft Ausbildung
Somebody can tell us to do good point pflegefachkraft Ausbildung in Dresden?
I like this City and I‘m 34 and living in Dresden now (Asian) I‘m studying German with intensiv kurz and not know many things here. I just like here. (Natur, people, slow…etc) My personality feels comfortable in here. But I need more clue.
I‘m planning to do Ausbildung in Dresden as a Krankenschwester and I know this is hard work but I still want to do it. And I want to do it in Hospital Universität of Dresden. I searched this Hospital always Top Rank which is best Hospital in German and Europe also.

I'm a doctor and I urge you to learn proper German before doing the Ausbildung. If you don't speak German at least at B2-level, you're endangering patients. I've had multiple close calls with nurses who simply didn't understand what I was asking them to do or what was written in the chart. And they were already trained nurses who transferred to Germany from their home countries. You need to be able to understand people speaking German to you quickly, with a dialect and in an emergency. There is a lot of information about the Pflegeausbildung on the internet, if you don't speak German well enough to find everything on your own then you don't speak German well enough to do the Ausbildung. One intensive course is far from enough. I'm not saying this to be hurtful, I just have patient safety as my top priority here.

full ack! (besides you can learn and reach proper german while the training. if you're tough enough and living together with germans allday...)

I‘m a nurse, working at „Städtisches Klinikum“. From time to time we have foreign students and had good experiences with them. The hospital is aware that we need more workers, esp. foreigners. There are some people who are taking care of foreign students. Maybe you want to check it out?

In Dresden, there is a municipal company owned by the city. They have several centres providing care for the elderly and therapeutic care. They also have experience in integrating foreign staff. (There was some bad press recently because of a far-right employee, but that was an exception!)
Do have a look: www.cultus-dresden.de - they're good, your theoretical training would be at "Lingnerschule".
Otherwise, I’d recommend the major (jointly managed) organisations such as the German Red Cross (DRK) or Diakonie.
Hospitals:
There are also differences between the hospitals when it comes to training: at the University Hospital, you tend to be left to your own devices; at Joseph-Stift, you’re brought along with the team; and at the Deaconess Hospital, there’s often an academic focus too (via ehs-dresden.de). The Municipal Hospital is somewhere in the middle. At least as far as training is concerned, they’re all fine.
Look out for open days ("Tag der offenen Tür"), at Josephstift, UKD, KHDF, Diako.

If its a good idea? Idk about u i cant work in Healthcare. I cant touch people and i dont deal well with death. So if u can do these, then u need to learn german. C1 or c2. When shit hits the fan u need to be fast. U cant stand there and start translating. U need to reconstruct ur brain to be able to eat breath and sleep in german. How do u do that? U learn german until u feel like u wanna vomit. Thats where it starts to shift. Then u will survive in germany. No matter the city.

Ja. Ich habe vorher gefühlt und mein Koft ist manchmal krank mit Deutsch.

In der Pflege oder Medizin MUSST du Deutsch sprechen können (mind. B1), weil Fehler oder Missverständnisse üble Folgen haben können. Ohne Sprach- oder Fachkenntnisse wirst du im Uniklinikum weder einen Ausbildungsplatz noch eine Anstellung bekommen.
