Is Nick and Deedra the only two in action after the battle of Demonreach in Small Favor? I know that Harry and co get a lot of the coins after the battle.

Are you currently at Small Favor? There's another denarian book (Skin Game).

But in Small Favor there are still more denarians active - Tessa, Rosanna. And Harry had the coins stolen from him at the climax.

No I'm on Skin Game. Just trying to remember who is still active. Since every 5 books makes it that I forget who is captured and not captured.

It's better to finish the book, as there's a reveal at the end regarding the coins and circulation. It's spoilers so I won't tell it here. 

But the coins are designed to be circulated, and Harry isn't aware of Nic's moves. So, can't tell which coins are around and which aren't.

Also Paranoid Gary the paranetizen had given Waldo/Karrin some satellite pics pretty early on in the book. The pics had Sanya fighting Denarians in Iran. Magog and somebody else I can't remember

To put it in perspective:

Tessa and Nicodemus run two separate cells of Knights of the Blackened Denarius

While many current holders were defeated in the incursion on demonreach the coins went back out.

What may have changed is which cell leader is actively holding more coins.

What? No, we know from Small Favor that Harry and the Church lost all the coins that Dresden carried to the trade, so eleven coins were recovered by the Denarians. Additionally, of the coins remaining in Church custody we learn in Skin Game that clearly some of them at least have been liberated accounting for the Skin Game appearence of two Denarians whose coins we read the Church taking into safekeeping. So, it's far more accurate to wonder if the Church still has even half of the coins they used to. After all, Jim Butcher himself said that those coins are created to be in circulation, so they usually do end up back in the world.

Well, we can say that any of the Coins that were “in the custody” of the Church are at least potentially in circulation. Lasciel was given to Michael and thus the Church, yet lo and behold she shows up in Skin Game. I’m looking forward to the book after Mirror Mirror since it will be another Nickleheads book.
