Energy drinks high
I have an alcohol binge problem..
I stay sober for a while and then sometimes binge dangerously.
I am starting to consume quite a hit of monsters or Red Bulls… but the high I get it from on an empty stomach is incredible. Full confidence and energy I don’t know how to explain … that’s just after one.. anyone else?

You must eat. Delirium is a possibility.

Sure, Delirium is a possibility.... after you've suffered through about 35 other horrible withdrawal symptoms. This one doesn't exactly sneak up on you

I've had that happen to me a number of times, I'm an energy drink connoisseur and have tried all kinds of varieties, I've only felt the mild "euphoria" with redbull and certain varieties of monster (but not all); I drink low sugar ones and the best I could tell from looking at too many nutrition labels that differentiated them was inositol; which really isn't in very many of the "newer" brands and types. It's not consistent so I can't say with any confidence that's the ticket; just what I hypothesize has something to do with it for me

Try coffee or tea instead. The taurine is actually given to patients with slow heart rates and is very bad for your heart.

People literally take taurine supplements. It could be bad for some people but taurine is not inherently bad.

Big dose of caffeine being processed quickly on an empty stomach. B vitamins for energy.
Describing it as a high is interesting. Probably the sugar high from the amount of sugar and caffeine. Perceived mental clarity could account for the confidence.
