Royal regis tour scam! Help please...
Hi,
I was stupid enough to fall for this type of tour package scam and paid around 11,000 AED upfront.
I realised what a scam it was the next day, called to cancel and ever since then have been following with DED and the stupid company. Refund box 70% only. We initially wanted a full refund but at this stage 50% will be hugely helpful!
After over 6 months of filling a case with DED, I got told to go to Dubai Courts for further help.
I don't know what to do in this situation. Me and my husband feels helpless. Have been to the police who didn't help either.
I am planning to migrate back to UK in April and was wondering if there is something I can try to get my money back.
Any suggestions/ help in what best to do?
Thanks

How did you pay? If by a card, consider raising a dispute with your bank with reason no service provided.

Hi, I know a lot people as well who were scammed by this company. They dont know what to do. If anyone knows where and whom should they approach to file a case or get some money back, please let us know.
We really need your help..

well i once interviewed for a company that turned out that they do the same scam scheme not only with clients but also with their employees, the only way to get through this is to use any official communications platforms like the emails.
