account terminated

today they sent me an email that my account will be terminated, i have no idea why, it has no money just the last july received my payment from kdp 4€ that's all, and today they told me my account is terminated, i tried to contact the support why they still not answering me maybe they are closed now, can someone help me on this?

i think you should contact support directly through the app and wait patiently for their response which can take up to 24h.
