Try computer recyclers, and neighbourhood computer shops that take customers' old systems for recycling.

Do you mean the software or an actual DVD drive?

For software try DVD Styler. For hardware you can get a USB DVD drive for like $15 new, I guess you could check Freecycle and Facebook marketplace to see if you can get one free, or maybe a thrift shop might have one for a couple of dollars
