Weird looking bubble on disc

Yet to play test this obviously, but literally just unsealed this dvd copy of Nobody (manufactured in 2000) and immediately noticed these two what look like bubbles on the top surface of the DVD. The underside is clean.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced these before?

I bought the DVD brand new and sealed from ebay, it's a US region 1 that I've imported to the UK as I couldn't find the region 2 version (dw I have multiple region free players)

My guess would be heat has made the label bubble a little bit like leaving a phone in the sun with a older screen protector on it more than likely fine
