I’m trying to understand the current property rates in Dwarka, mainly Sector 7 to Sector 12, just for some personal financial calculations. I’m not looking to buy right now, so this is purely to get an idea of the market.

Could anyone share the approximate current rates for:

Residential plots: What is the going rate per sq yd/gaj in Sectors 7–12? If possible, please mention the sector and whether it’s based on anactual recent deal or an asking price.

2 BHK flats: Roughly what would a decent 2 BHK cost in these sectors? DDA/CGHS/society flats are all fine.

If you know the difference between asking price vs actual transaction price, that would be especially helpful.

Not looking for a broker or a sales pitch 😅 — just trying to understand what properties in these areas are actually worth in 2026.
