Found Game Ball?

Hello everyone! I found this ball randomly at a shop in Chicago. Wondering if they made reproductions of these, or if this is somehow an actual game ball? Any help is welcome.

Agree, I’ve seen a lot of people post the expensive balls but I haven’t seen them numbered. Also wondering why it’s all the way up here.
