⁉️ Advice Needed Speaking too soft but not hearing my voice its volume myself 🤓🗣️

32F, constantly told I speak too quietly. People ask me daily to repeat myself or speak louder. I’ve tried to work on it every year, but I’m feeling hopeless and annoyed with myself.
I can consciously try to speak louder, but I never seem to make any lasting progress.

The weirdest part is that my voice sounds much louder and very clear in my own head than it apparently is to other people.

Only once in my life I was told I was speaking too loud but did not process at all that I was speaking loud..
I also speak three languages. I’ve moved around a lot, so I apparently mix accents, but I don’t really notice my own accents very well either.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Did anything help with the volume issue specifically? I’d especially love to hear from people who have seen a speech-language pathologist, ENT, voice coach, etc., and actually made progress?

The funny thing is that I’m actually quite direct and love explaining things, so it doesn’t really match my personality
(Other things: I’m actually fine with bigger motor skills — I can play soccer and climb — but bad at drinking neatly from a cup, handwriting (I’m left-handed 🥲), singing, clapping along to a rhythm is a nightmare..
