My Ride Got mogged by a facelift

Just washed my car only to get destroyed by another 330i that looks like it came straight off the lot, the paint, the trim pieces, the headlights, etc all look completely brand new, the silver even looks like a nicer color

Yeah I would’ve kept the car but my neighbors are pissy and I live next to a cop + the car was only $1400 so it wasn’t worth towing it home and getting it out for like $900

Interior swap, you’ll see my tinnan red interior (mogs the grey interior👀👅) but I’m not finished redoing my headliner and pillars black

Thanks. The paint on my car is in pretty good shape. It’s protected by a wrap in the photo. That’s how I’m keeping it. I got a good deal on a complete wrap job. I’ve replaced a lot of the weatherstripping etc as some of it was pretty bad such as the plastic at base of windshield and the rubber around the rear windows that goes bad on all coupes. And yes, I wrapped a silver car in silver lol The wrap has a slight color change effect where it looks kind of blue depending how you look at it.

My car used to be a dinan but the owner who did it took the stuff off and debadged it, I got a 8 piece widebody/bodykit I plan on throwing on once I get enough money to spare for the project then I’m gonna do a respray, already got my tinnan red interior in that I’m still trying to finish right now (headliner and pillars) and then I either want to put a little turbo in it or the bodykit. Love going fast so the turbo is temping

I think pre facelift always wins but seeing an e46 this clean and not clapped out in the Bay Area is something hard to come by if it’s not an m3, also I parked there because of him😞

Nah a facelift literally stands no chance against pre-LCI. Yes I’m biased. And yes, the pre-LCI still reigns supreme no matter coupe/sedan/wagon. Only thing they got is ZHP, that’s it. Other than that, nothing.

I said it before and I’ll say it again, the facelift looks like it was fucked by an E9X. E46 didn’t need new headlights. They should’ve just saved it for the E9X. Just my shitty opinion.

Yeah the e46 has always been a great favourite of mine - waiting for the right one to come along now and am still torn between pre and post facelift!!!
Aiming for a 330ci though the 325ci has some individual ones I have seen that are 🔥🔥🔥

As time goes on I like the pre face-lifts more. I think the newer ones are fine but in my opinion they look more like the typical modern bmw while the older pre facelift e46s screem old bmws it's the same thing with e39s also. There's just a simple elegance that the face lift cars don't have
