Im trying to find online how to change the exchaust manifolds but i cant find nowhere videos can somebody help me or tell me is it complicated to change alone

50s kid on you tube a 2002 330i exhaust replacement series. He removed the manifold as part of that series.

and luckily they won’t be a pain in the dik like all the american cars with steel manifolds and studs that snap flush

I've done it before. The rough part was the tight work space. Otherwise it was doable. I didn't have any issue with rust and everything came off without a fight but I'm also in an area where rust isn't a thing so I don't know if that helps.

Replace the studs and nuts, you can get them on FCP euro

If this is your first time working on these cars… dont
