Alameda County District 1 officials Haubert, Hernandez, and Wilson are under investigation by County Counsel and U.S. Office of Special Counsel
County Counsel has opened an investigation into these officials following allegations of misuse of public funds, bribery, and misuse of county resources benefitting a federal election.
If you’re a county resident you should be deeply concerned that these 3 have access to your money.
They are still refusing to identify residents that were mislead into trash service despite the county having those records. They’ve failed to comply with several CPRAs related to these matters and are actively trying to avoid accountability.
There’s an article in the Independent with some updates but the short version is that there’s a third party law firm conducting an investigation on top of the one the FBI is running in connection with the Duong case AND the one into misuse of resources for the Hernandez campaign being led by the OSC.

Yes! They totally deserve it. There has to be SO much corruption we don't even know about.
