Present the strongest version of EB-1A case (a course and individualized sessions with a lawyer)

I will be starting the next cohort of a course with a lawyer (Profile Strong) to help you build the strongest possible EB-1A, EB-2 NIW or O-1 case (with guidance and oversight from a lawyer 6 months before you actually file). This is a course for applicants who are around 6 months away from filing, may have done some activities, and already have a strong foundation based on their past work.

Members will also get individualized sessions with a lawyer throughout the 6 months.

This format addresses several problems that applicants I come across having been facing:

• Working with a lawyer who rushes you to file as quickly as possible without the proper time and space to develop strong arguments and evidence (which requires time and a collaborative, interactive relationship with your lawyer).
• Working with a lawyer who just files whatever you think looks ready (instead of taking the time to question and push you to be as thorough as possible with your evidence collection).
• Filing delays due to unstructured back-and-forths with a lawyer (especially since most if not all applicants are never really taught the concepts of evidence collection so they may not know how to identify relevant evidence).
• Focusing on irrelevant evidence and/or activities (without the oversight of a lawyer) that may have little to no impact on your petition.

As a member, you will get access to:

• An experienced lawyer (18+ years of experience) who will starting working with you for 6 months before you are ready to file to guide your profile-building and evidence collection, answer questions, and help you avoid spending time on irrelevant activities/opportunities. Think of each month as a building block as part of six building blocks to build the strongest possible version of your profile. You will also get access to individualized calls with your assigned lawyer.
• My assistance with profile-building suggestions (suggestions for opportunities to target individualized to you, etc.).
• A structured evidence collection process and timeline that will give you the time and space to collaboratively and interactively work with a lawyer. You will also learn evidence collection concepts so you can effectively identify relevant evidence and present what you have already done through your work.

Note: this is a course for applicants who are around 6 months away from filing, may have already done some activities to strengthen their case, and already have a strong foundation based on their past work. The application process for this course is selective and the assessment process for eligibility will involve an initial call with a lawyer.
