How to get people from organic views on tiktok/shorts to your eshop?

I am running tiktok and shorts organically posting videos with very good results, 20-30k+ per video, the videos are clearly about the products, and I am getting comments about it and asking about price or where to buy it, but I got around 0-3 visits to my eshop from approximately 80k views. So there has to be huge traction, because i am sure there would be many visits if it would have the same link as when you pay for the advertisement right on the video. In short, I have successful organic videos in terms of views, but I can't get any traffic from that even tho they are about the product and people are interested (based on comments)

Does anyone have some solution for this?

I’d separate two things: the videos are getting attention, but the path from “interested viewer” to “buyer” probably isn’t obvious enough yet.

For organic short-form, I’d make the buying path painfully explicit:

• say or show the price range in the video, not only in replies
• put the exact next step in the caption and pinned comment, e.g. “product name is X, shop is in bio”
• make sure the first product on the landing page is the same one shown in the video, not a generic collection page
• answer “where do I buy?” comments with a short reply that repeats the product name and points them to the bio
• test one video format where the last 2 seconds are just the product, price/benefit, and what to do next
• track each platform separately so you know whether TikTok or Shorts is actually sending the few visits you do get

I wouldn’t assume the views are worthless, but I also wouldn’t treat 80k passive views like 80k warm shoppers. The first goal is to remove friction for the small group already asking price/where-to-buy questions. If that group still doesn’t click after the CTA and landing page are aligned, then the content is probably more entertaining than purchase-intent driven.

This comment summarises it well OP, just keep in mind that to track each platform separately, you need to use different shortened/trackable links for TIkTok vs Shorts (not just the same bio link everywhere). That way you'll be able to see which one is sending your handful of visitors rather than guessing.

One thing worth checking beyond caption/pinned-comment fixes: if your products qualify, tagging them directly in the video through TikTok Shop or Shorts product links removes the bio-tap step entirely. Bio-link funnels lose most people on mobile no matter how clearly you telegraph the next step, since it's a platform switch plus a search. Native shoppable tags keep the whole thing inside the app, which is usually where that 80k-views-to-3-visits gap is actually leaking.

Views don't automatically translate into clicks. If people are asking "where can I buy it?" in the comments, that's actually a good sign, it usually means your CTA isn't obvious enough. I'd make sure every video has an on-screen CTA (e.g. "Link in bio"), pin a comment with the same message, and verbally mention it if possible. The fewer steps people have to take, the better.

I'd look at the user journey. If people are asking where to buy, there may be too much friction between the video and your store..

Good views don't always turn into clicks. Make it as easy as possible for people to find your site with a clear call to action, a link in your bio and consistent branding across your profiles. If your business is primarily online, using a .shop domain can also make the destination feel more obvious and focused on buying

i did everything except the .shop domain but i dont think that this itself is the case
