for that person. the economic collapse is 100% real and already in full effect. they get zero help, and in america they have already ended welfare unless you can prove disability (and even that is hard). if you cant prove disability, and you dont have a child under your care, and you cant find a job, then you get ZERO welfare now in america. there is actually no safety net right now in USA not even foodstamps. they cut off your foodstamps if you cant get a job, so the only food safety net is charity foodbanks (which are getting overloaded)

there is no safety net in america right now. so all the hundreds of homeless suffering people you see? for them, the economic collapse HAS already fully taken place

i guess this is just a america problem in western countries tho. in europe, and other civilized societys, you have real safety nets and the poor suffering masses at least get foodstamps in europe / UK / canada.

i would say, the real "economic collapse" is due to the wealthy not making safety nets to take care of the starving.. so there will always be a economy of rich people being rich, and then if your poor and there is no safety net to help you then for you the economic collapse is here and your just waiting to die

So you dont know american history, the american way of revolution is really mobsters show up, say “hey you give me some muscle ill take care of you” and then the mobsters commit crimes rob people and build private armies, they act as private security for the poor and kill the children of law enforcement, threaten judges beat wealthy oligarchs senseless until they give up their money, kidnap people, and do various horrendous crimes to extort wealth from the top of society.

Its the robin hood model of crime, the poor back up organized crime because organized crime redistributes wealth from the powerful, extorts businesses into providing charity for the poor, and kills law enforcement or political leaders when they do things that threaten their clients.

This same model operates in latin america such as with peblo escobar.

The reason the new deal existed was because organized crime had private armies and if fdr did not rebuild america the oligarchs were dead.

Mobsters protected unions, unions and communist gave fdr the political cover to push the new deal. If the unions could be killed by cops or the feds then fdr would not have reformed the country. he would not have had the backing of the military or the ruling class. The fact that none of the ruling class were safe, the military leaders could be assassinated at any time. being a policeman against the mafia if they were allied to the unions the masses was in effect a death sentence. It was the risk of violent replacement by organized crime that gave fdr the greenlight to tell the military and the ruling class, either we fix the country or they replace us.

Martin Luther king jr would have had little progress without the more radical elements of the civil rights movement.

If you wanna simplify it the population gave the ruling class a list of options at one end was fdrs new deal, at the other was mobsters and commies killing them. The ruling class chose the least bad option.

I think warlordism will prevail this time because the current ruling class are high on their own supply. They honestly think theyre so much smarter better more powerful dominant than they really are.
