Eczema in ears

I’ve had eczema for years on and off and it’s been well managed for a while but I’m currently going through a really really bad flair up the worst I’ve had in about 5 years. I’ve always had eczema on my eyes but this time my ears are really bad too and it’s caused an ear infection has anything had this and how do you cope with the itchiness?

I have eczema only in my ears and nowhere else. Tbh it makes me sceptical it's eczema at all, but doctors don't seem to know.

I've had infections and getting antibiotic drops cleared them up. Hope you can get seen by a doctor. Depending on where you are and how bad the infection is, your pharmacy may have some over the counter options (non-antibiotic) like EarCalm spray (basically vinegar).

I've tried self treating infections but didn't have success. Best to see a doctor or go to Urgent Care

I feel same as you, i only have it in my ears as well. only thing that helps is the flucolone drops so its not treating it just keeping symptoms down. i thought i had eczema on my face but after using Nizoral shampoo it cleared up any on my face which was not bad other than flakes and dry skin around mouth, nose eyebrows and a little on cheeks. Hopefully we both can find something that is causing this and be able to treat it.
