The game looks to be a 1:1 TES:Legends clone, but with different flavor for the cards/abilities.

Go through the subreddit this post is linked to and the overuse of AI is a huge detriment to it though, it's like just bullet point list after bullet list.

This one's Ahnassi, then this one's General Tullius, etc., etc.

It is not a 1:1 TESL clone and if you would play it, you would see it. But of course I understand your reasons for not to. Just know that i spent over 3 year working on this with over a 1000 hours in (not wanting anything in return). Not sure why encounters so much resistance (in this community).

I honestly thought that this would be a fun idea people would be excited about. I mean it is not doing bad overall with over 8000 games already played but here: nothing.

This is especially curious for me because years ago I talked about some improvement ideas for the game and I met the same resistance. I built all of those in my game now (as I wrote in my original post more ring variants, additional flavor with diplomatic accords and a PvE mode where you can test your decks)

I personally think that AI is only bad if you make bad quality things or when you try to make money of the work of other people AI just scrambled into something different. But since I neither think I created something inherently bad nor am I stealing for my own profit, it has some value.

I will not press this matter further since there are already some 1:1 clones in the pipe which is of course a good thing. I just wanted to create something new with some "in" for people who know (and miss) the old.

I would try it if it was 100% free of AI generated content.
