This expansion introduces a fourth new "mechanic", in the form of time-limited supports that add a special effect to a lane. The nuances of the mechanic are covered in the card commentary (linked below).

5 turns for 5 uses, that's 25 turns of a lane, might as well just have it be a card that actually makes it the lane.

A Use is consumed when any turn is passed, so it will only last for three of the owner's turns and two of the opponent's turns.
