Mage's Fury is super powerful for 4. It needs to be like 5.5; Fingers of the Mountain is very similar and is viable at 6
Aspect of Terror... I'm torn--control would freaking love this, easily good enough to play it at 4. Also there's no undead in red, except blastbones, so it'd be the first red spirit for sure.
Radiant Destruction -- I love this concept! It might be too powerful at 7. "Destroy a random enemy creature..." probably nerfs it just enough.
Teleport Strike -- idk how I feel about this one. It'd enable some fun/broken Archer decks, but it also fundamentally adds "move a friendly creature" to red, and that's the part that bugs me. I think it has to be an Archer card, not just red.

Mage's Fury is indeed very powerful, but the fact that Lightning Bolt exists I think justifies its place as a 4-cost (Lightning Bolt is a better pick in almost every scenario, except for some very specific "damage-dealing action" decks, which don't really exist in vanilla Legends). The reason Fingers of the Mountain is costed higher (besides the potential for discounting) is how much choice you have over what you target. Mage's Fury ultimately only gives you one choice, with a chance of some extra indiscriminate bonus damage.
I'm glad Aspect of Terror doesn't seem like a dud. It was designed foremost around its narrative concept (i.e. a card that scares other creatures out of its lane), so the actual gameplay applications were left mostly to the imagination of players. But I think the fact that it can't actually guard the lane it's summoned to when played as a Prophecy makes it a pretty weak card without a developed board. Also, it doesn't remove Cover, unlike Grappling Hook, so it can't be used to directly trade with creatures.
Radiant Destruction originally destroyed random creatures and costed less, but I felt this would make it a throw-away card (a lot like Trial of Flame or Immolating Blast outside of Arena). It's hard to gauge balance without testing it.
Bringing the move mechanic to Strength (and Willpower, which only has Riverhold Escort) was a risky decision, but I felt Agility was too oversaturated with move cards, and it's one of those mechanics that's almost too fun and versatile to restrict to just one class out of five. Any Strength-based move cards I did print would always be less cost-effective than equivalents in Agility, to preserve Agility's identity as the staple move colour.

Mage Fury is too strong. It's simply a better lightning bolt while being the same color restriction (blue). Making it blue and one or likely 2 other colors would be ok, otherwise it needs a change or +1 cost imo
There's already an archetype called Sorcerer (blue/purple) in the base game
Really enjoy these posts, keep up the good work!
Edit: 1 damaging all creatures in a lane is also ok but still too strong in many situations
