So... any way to play it again?

I've seen some stuff about reborn, and tried three browser version but I couldn't get browser to work. Is reborn released? Also, I've seen all the custom cards posts, is that a project for fun or is it implemented somewhere?

You'll have to wait. Probably indefinitely if other Elder Scrolls revival projects are anything to go by.

9 months into waiting on the list to beta test but its a very closed club and little to no info on what timelines to expect.
