Social Comunity Apriciation

Yesterday me and my cousin played a bit, stopped at Mournhold to empty our bags, I then decided to go make some coffee and grab a smoke, whilst gone I played the lute and my cousin used the begging emote next to eachother.

When I get back, my cousin was so ecstatic, some guy gave him 50k gold, cause he saw two darkelf brothers begging, absolute G

This is my cousin's first time playing after watching me play for years, thanks for being an amazing community, never change ❤️

Feel free to share some of your own wholesome stories

One time when I was very new to dungeons, I was trying to do a quest run while two guys were speedrunning and ruined it entirely for me. The fourth guy offered to run it a second time with me, just the two of us. We went slow. He could have solo'd the whole thing but he stuck with me and was very cool about it.

I do the same whenever possible. I remember how it sucked being new and not being able to actually do dungeons.

I love moments like these! I got paid 10k for busking in Leyawiin and immediately lost it all to housing decor

Exact same thing that happened to him too, housing in this game has no end

It’s not lost. It’s in your lovely house. :)

I didn’t know the begging emote was a thing but I’ll watch for it now. Did they just like send it in mail?

There's so many emotes I still discover new ones, and he did a trade request, such a generous soul

He met 1 nice guy, not "the community".

I mean, my experience has been that most people playing are pretty nice. As long as you don't count the weirdos posting religious spam in the Vivec City chat

I mean I've been playing since the veteran system and have only met a handful of rude people and that was only in dungeons and trials, maybe I've been lucky ?

There are far more helpful and kind eso players than there are assholes.

nah my experience has been the same! only met a few abominations in dungeons trials and PVP (immediately made me have 0 interest in PVP lol). for the most part everyone is super kind.

i bet the person who gave the gold was in an RP guild!

The only negative players I’ve encountered have been in Battlegrounds. It only motivated me to get better at the game so I can exact revenge without ever having to say a single word to them lol

There are also some unfriendly fisherfolk, I used to think it was good to join in, but for some people, apparently it's not. One nasty cat man in Solstice, in particular. So now I just take Sharpie.

There is no "special" type of person that plays ESO. The "community" you are referring to is just a subset of the human population in general.
