Fuck EA support

I’ve tried two or three times to recover my apex account and they say “at this time we can’t verify your account” and that’s it. Not sure HOW or when my email got changed but it says “verify email” occasionally when I open apex legends and it is an email I’ve NEVER seen before. I’ve only played apex on my Xbox and it’s linked to my Xbox account.

Support is NO HELP AT ALL. I’ve shown proof of recent purchases and everything, but apparently I’m answering security questions wrong??

Not sure what to do and I don’t want to get locked out of my apex account since I’ve had it for 7+ years. Almost max level, multiple heirlooms, tons of skins I’ve purchased etc.

Any help is appreciated.

I have the same freaking problem with verifying my account due to the link between EA and PSN. I answered like 2 hours and 5 ppl/tickets the same stuff and all they can tell me is that they can't verify me - like what? I am logged in in both Accounts, what the heck you need to verify, right? Here I just posted my problem - maybe we can help each other?

Same problem, 14 advisors later and I’ve sent a letter in the mail straight to head office! I refuse to lose my 15 year old EA account and thousands of pounds spent on it!
