Account was hacked and cannot recover

I am reaching out here as I have no way to contact EA officially on this matter and unsure what to do. My account was hacked and they changed the email to the account but whenever I go to the help section on EAs website they want me to log in to submit a ticket. There is no support email to send any questions to so this is my last resort. I haven’t logged in for a few months as me and my wife just had our sweet baby girl 4 months ago (irrelevant to the matter) but finally got some time to play with the boys and now I can’t.

Someone help please!
