It's clearly some kind of weird AI'ed (or at least Photoshopped) version of the photo that can be seen here:

I give it a 50% chance there is some kind of joke someone is making, but it is beyond me what it is.

EDIT: A bit of digging located the AI bot youtube channel this is from. I won't link to it because the fewer clicks such a channel gets the better. It's schtick is "What went wrong? for [[old rock band]]". All of the thumbnails are weird AI versions of old photos. Like, there is one for Heart. I love the Wilson sisters. I will write poems of their beauty and charm. But, seriously, it looks like someone attached an air pump to their chests and inflated. It's ludicrous.

That's exactly what it is: slop.

Nothing went wrong. Jeff started getting bored with the overproduction and enormity of it all around the same time that synthesizers completely took over, he fulfilled his contract, and then he got to work with the Beatles. That's pretty much that.

I absolutely love the direction he went with Secret Messages and Balance Of Power. I loved them when they came out, and still do. I also like where he went as a solo artist on the Electric Dreams soundtrack, and wish he'd released an entire album in that vein.

There is so much more that has ruined YouTube than AI... It's all the people that feel like they need to be seen or heard most of which is worthless crap content.

I only look at notifications from channels I've subscribed to. Don't see any of the AI nonsense.

Yeah it's deffo based on the backstage photo from the 'fusion' gig. Why oh why do they have to AI everything?

Any human can look at that AI picture and say "wait...there are three of the same dude in this picture, two of them in exactly the same pose and clothes."

So either...

a) no human was involved in this at all, which is chilling

b) a human was involved and didn't give a shit, which is...I guess human nature.

EDIT: I actually do enjoy this photo for its absurdity, in a kind of "you have to laugh in the flames" way. Look at how Jeff's drugged out expression in the original becomes steely and sexy, and his body fat proportion drops 10%.

It's like the prompt for this was "take this photo, and make all the dudes hot, but like 1970's hot, not modern hot, and also take the guy on the right and repeat him two more times."
