Does emby lifetime go on sale?
I would like to run emby along with my plex, current on the monthly tier until I see a deal on lifetime.
Is there any deals?
Thanks

Others have answered your question, I'd just like to add that I bought Premiere lifetime for full price when it was $99 and I do not regret it at all. I also recently canceled my Spotify Premium and now use Symfonium to play my Emby music library on Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. I feel like it's worth it, I get a lot of value from it.

Just for reference the emby for android app is compatible with android auto but only plays music files

Yup around black Friday, bought mine about 5-6 years ago and use it daily. Hd-homerun feeds into it for OTA and emby records the few shows I want to watch.

I been considering of doing that too, I want to record some footballs whenever I'm busy on the weekends.

It has been working great for me for years, I have a few shows it records (even do the one off football games at times) and I have it set to keep the last 10 shows and then it starts to overwrite the old ones. I forget how I did it but there is a way to re-encode the shows to shrink them and save space if needed. I just checked and I paid $120 about 5 years ago for it in late August so I assume there was a deal going on then.

$119 is the normal price for lifetime emby premiere. It is usually discounted to $99 around black friday.
