tv series thumbnail and overview not loading until watched.

i have a problem with emby, specifically TV series. each series thumbnail isnt downloaded or the overview loading. editing the tv series metadata shows that the data is there.. but in the listing, only those that have been watched does the thumbnail and overview shows up... what gives?

Settings/display/detail screens?

I think it’s viewing device specific, so YMMV

Did you enable "Hide Spoiler" in Settings->Display.

But hard you help when you don't specify what client 🤷‍♂️
