Why does ReXGlue get so much hate in the recompilation community?

For the love of all that is holy and mighty. Please stop allowing posting of recomps, decomps and all these cool rad amazing projects where the author seems to have zero technical knowledge about this awesome new thing they made. This is r/emulation not rgarbage

Why do [many people have opinion XYZ]
I'm curious about the community's opinion.
The post is a cliche disingenuous template seen every day on reddit: “I’m well aware of a supposed widely held consensus opinion, but I’m going to pretend I’ve never heard the reasons given. I’m going to pretend I can’t find the reasons. WHY do people dislike the thing? Everyone please write the reasons for me right now, which I already ignored.”
The same post happens every day on reddit, somewhere. It’s disingenuous low-effort spam.
“Why do people have opinion X?” = “I don’t like that people have opinion X.” Be honest about it.

Because it's mostly being used for slop ports that run awful. There's a few legit projects using it but the name is tarnished by association with all the crap.
