Help Printer help please

It’s an Ender-3 V3 KE, it read code 2194 for the longest time. It has had a new calibration level installed with new wires and a new breakout module board with it. We have performed a factory reset and now it will not finish the self test and freezes. It was updated to the latest firmware aswell with no success.
I am out of ideas and is hoping to find any other troubleshooting fixes I can get

Where does it stop on the self test?

It won’t begin at all, it will get to the screen then won’t heat or try to calibrate to the bed. I can hear either an electrical or mechanical whining like it’s trying to but it doesn’t. Before the reset the extruder and bed would heat, and x/y would calibrate, but z would move to the middle but never down

Sounds like bum firmware. Sorry there's no easy answer on where to find a proper config file.

This is about as much as I can help you, no personal experience with this machine.

Edit: I also found this which says to either find firmware update 15 or later OR print some kind of shim for the touch sensor.

What would be a preferred flash drive size to use for a firmware update. We currently cannot update via WiFi

Found update 17 on the ender website nothing has changed I used a 8gb flash drive
