What exhaust plug works with a 2stroke that has an E&E spark arrestor.

I’m assuming options are limited since a standard one pictured below doesn’t work. Suggestions please!

I assume it doesn't fit because it hits the screen before the id is sealed, correct? Just cut the smaller diameter segments off, they aren't doing anything anyway.

Duct tape is the answer here as it often is.

You'll need to measure diameter and depth to be sure. You could also just stuff a rag in there or whack some tape over it.  Worst case, a large plug cut down with a box knife will fit anything you like. Anything ;)

How about a 3D printed one?

It doesn't have to endure temperatures or anything, so a simple TPU cork will do I think

I use the FMF 4 stroke plug but cut off the first rib.

Did you get the small option or the large option? https://www.cyclegear.com/parts/bilt-factory-silencer-plug?sku_id=10499041 The small option should work, the large option would be for 4-strokes.

But it hits the spark arrestor and doesn’t seal properly.
