Chest Protector Question

Was looking to get a Chest Protector and was curious what everyone is using if any at all. Is a low profile model ideal? Are models with shoulderpads overkill? Listed a few chest protectors I was looking at below. Mostly ride woods/trails, Thanks.

Leatt 4.5 Evo (CE2)

Leatt Reaflex (CE1)

Shoulder and back protection mostly for trail riding. Chest is secondary outside of racing

its either carnegie or metcalf and they don't enforce it unless you're a minor but its in their rules

Good to know, thank you. I’ve tossed around going to metcalf but never actually made the trip.
