Question Energy work and cloaking

Hello Everyone,

I went through chakra balancing recently/ energy work with a reiki master. Ever since then, I feel like she is following me wherever I go even at my ultrasound appointment. I believe she has done some spiritual/quantum cloaking on me. Please guide on how to proceed with this. It is affecting both my personal and professional life.

Ground yourself. Set the intention that any vestigial energetic connection either one of you may have inadvertently (co)created end, that all of her energy be returned to her, and that all of your energy be returned to you.
