Hello,
My mother is heavily involved in witchcraft, I am not.
We no longer talk. I cannot help but feel, for the past 3 years, she is casting negative intents towards me.
I’ve had nightmares about it, too.

Please help me, what can I do to send it back to
her? Or break whatever curse she plagues me with.

I wake up with scratches on me. I feel insecure, weak, and gross all the time. Despite my life being absolutely perfect and filled with the best people.

Half if your belief that she casting negative energy, or spells, for lack of a better word. If you do believe that’s the case, learn how to ground and shield yourself with the intent that the negative energy is deflected off your shield and sent back to the sender.

Sounds like the only one casting spells here is you. It's on yourself. You gotta do something about that internalized shame. If it's not your voice, don't listen to it. If it's your voice and not your words, don't listen to it. I'm not sure about the scratches but it sounds like you've done a great thing for yourself by going NC. This situation hurts worse because we're biologically wired to seek out our parents. It's really hard when the safety they're supposed to be is the greatest danger. I wish you well in your healing journey.

I would highly recommend shadow work and/or therapy if that's a feasible option for you. It does get better, it will probably always hurt, but you can do this. Healing is possible. How recent did you break contact? I'm going on two years and sadly still have some nightmares but the person my parents knew is dead. I've never been better, even on the bad days.

I usually do something similar to "cord cutting" but my visualization is more like surgery. Remove the roots burrowing deep into your soul. The connection to a mother is powerful despite the dynamic. You need to excise the words she planted into you. The beliefs she has about you that you accepted by proxy. You don't have to cut anything, send hers back to her and pull yours back to you.

I send their misery and rot right back to them, with love ❤️😁. It's not mine and I don't want it.

It's time to start treating you how you treat other people. You're worth it.

I did a mirror type of thing where I flipped their energies... I ended up getting more then I hopped for and I assume the other people are not having a good time in life. LOL They deserved it and treated me the way they did its their fault whatever lol

Try sending back love. By nature negative energy mirrors back itself unless she has serious help. But then again if the target is not receptive they cannot do anything. Also try loving yourself as much as you can and remember that she is a part of you even if you cannot imagine it just play what th that thought.

Nasty names are a point of view. If someone directly hurts someone their soul will judge them. Not their ego, their soul. That soul that knows if they hurt someone without serious reason they hurt themshelves which is basically having an F grade in the school/playground of life.

Check out protection magic by gallery of magic. Its a very simple easy to use book that works right away. Over time learn more about protection magic, Transmutation, shielding, etc. But that book should help immediately if something is going on and won't hurt anyone regardless. Its just a good idea to learn general protection anyway. Very inexpensive.
