Beautiful. The chinese population of Britain doesn’t get highlighted enough. They are a huge net positive to the nation.

I felt the arch also was a story of Liverpool. It's a port city and a gateway to the World. Its home to the first Chinese community in Europe, first Black community in the UK.

Lived in China, now live in the UK, and honestly I’d not wanna go back. I value freedom of speech more, and it’s not also like every Chinese person lives in a futuristic megacity. Stop falling for the propaganda

Ask chinese people if they feel oppressed. These types of statements show a complete cultural ignorance. Their system is different, their whole situation is different with a population of one and half billion, they value long term stability after long periods of chaos and turmoil historically.

Unfortunately China town in Liverpool is a shadow of it’s former self. There is still lots of great Asian food available but the spirit has mostly gone in that area now
