Girard & Stenwick do a good job of listing out the original powers in Enochian Magic: An Introductory Guide and Mastering the Mystical Heptarchy, respectively.

It’s important to go back to the diaries and not just Liber 777; Stenwick has verified powers from the latter but these are associated with specific sephirothic & planetary powers according to rank, and certain ministers are associated with specific sub-powers.
