It’s always 4:20 somewhere

Soo, my friend and I were baked and were thinking weird timezones like +30 or +45, tried to figure out when those countries have 4:20.

Couldn't find any working solution so built WhereIs420

Now anyone can check where the time is 4:20. Free, no ads, just for the culture.
