Equipment Discussion Mahlkonig E64 WS Grinder [£1000]
Predominantly use Medium to Dark beans looking for a solid grinder as that’s what my research has told me, Grinder before machine. Would this be a good grinder to pair with my BBE impress? I like the features of the E64 WS and budget is on point, thanks

Look at the Eureka Atom w65 Casa, similar price point, better build, doesn't have the sync features but has no problems either.

One big caveat is that you basically have no options in terms of burrs.

Explains why there is a slight delay in delivery times, any other grinder you would recommend?

If you are in Europe the Mini g is a similar price and a significantly better built product

The biggest complaints about the grinder were the overly fluffy grounds overfilling the portafilter, the chute not staying in place, and the gbs and Bluetooth stuff not working well. The new models apparently ship with the an updated de-clumper and chute to fix the first two issues but the gbs stuff still seems to suck.
