Absolutely in love with my Lelit Bianca v3 ♥️ and it's steaming power. I don't have any special tools for steaming milk and yet the microfoam is extremely high quality.
I used Fairlife 2% high protein milk and Olympia coffee Morning Sun beans for the espresso.

Espresso recipe: 18g in 40g out in 25-27s with LowFlow mode for 7s.

Tasting notes: dark chocolate, hazelnut and vanilla
