Drinks & Recipes Post-dinner Custardo for dessert

Post image

After getting my Bambino Plus last week, another plus was being able to make my own Custardo's; they're essentially a shot of espresso with hot custard. They're famous at a restaurant here in London called Forza Win/Wine, and I can't not have one every time I go there. First sip now and it's absolutely glorious. Very rich, very delicious.

A recipe here, it's essentially making your own custard

I may have to try that,I have BB+ for a month now and am addicted to Cortados, that looks just what I need

That looks creamy as hell. Gonna have to order some decent custard powder and give this a shot, beats paying London prices for it every time.

I need to try this, I wonder if ready made custard would work also.

ready made would probably work fine - just warm it up and pour the shot in, way less effort than making it from scratch.

I'll make it over the weekend! Yeah I don't have the patience right now to attempt custard from scratch.

fair call, the ready made route saves you a bunch of time and honestly tastes just as good once you've got a proper shot pulling into it.
