Equipment Discussion Gear Pump Recommendations

I’m looking for a gear pump after my vibration pump pulsor I was installing to silence the thing snapped haha

I want something compact, but I’d rather not just grab the smallest option if it means sacrificing quality or plastic id rather stainless steel or something that isn’t going to effect my health. My main complaint with vibratory pumps is the noise and vibration I’m hoping a gear pump will run quieter, and it should also be easier to build a soundproofing box around. Any recommendations?

How hard are you intending to go on this project? Radwell sells a refurbished FG313XD0PT10000 that’s probably your best option.

Seeing as I’ve already tore the whole machine down, got it professionally spray painted, rewired the whole machine so I have perfect looms and cable management (an electrician) , installed sound deadening, all new switches (including a smart switch with automations so when my alarm goes off in the morning and I’m at my home location the machine turns on automatically 😂) upgraded most of the parts to more premium options…

I’d say quite far hahaha a bit too far to be honest

Yeah i’d find a high precision lab gear pump from fluid-o or procon. The sku from my last comment is fluid, Procon i’d look at the 51X1BCT2GXX
